Blair Cornelia Waldorf; the Upper East Side’s Queen B and the girl that’s absolutely stolen my heart. Though the GG wardrobe department does a fine job with the entire cast, Blair is the one who has undoubtedly emerged as a fashion icon. She is, as Dan Humphrey once said, a “dictator of taste.” Her style is classic and elegant, but never stuffy or boring.
